From one reader to an entire sales team
After reading The G.R.E.A.T. Retention Book, Jenny Lopes Da Silva, Head of Sales at Scandinavian Trust, saw its relevance beyond her own role. The company ordered copies for the wider team and invited Vladislav to speak at its annual sales meet-up in Stockholm. The keynote, The Future of Loyalty, brought the conversation beyond the book to explore how technology is reshaping customer relationships and loyalty.
The Session
Vladislav delivered the Future of Loyalty presentation, in which he looked beyond today's loyalty programmes to examine the forces likely to reshape customer relationships.
The session explored the widespread use of decision-making software, the distinction between permanent and temporary relationships, predictive personalisation, and what the potential collapse of the advertising-funded internet model could mean for the future of customer loyalty.
Rather than asking simply how companies can make customers more loyal, the presentation challenged the audience to consider a more fundamental question: what will loyalty mean when technology increasingly anticipates, influences and even makes decisions on our behalf?
From inspiration to implementation
A keynote can start the conversation. The G.R.E.A.T. framework provides a structured way to continue it — through workshops and the G.R.E.A.T. Implementation Programme.
Bring the conversation to your organisation

Whether you want to introduce a new way of thinking about retention at a leadership meeting, bring it to a sales team, or move from understanding to implementation, the format can be adapted to your organisation.
