I work with organisations that want to move beyond transactional relationships and build lasting loyalty, retention, and advocacy.

My work focuses on what happens after the sale — the moments where customer experience either compounds into long-term value or quietly erodes. Through advisory work, workshops, and selected speaking engagements, I help leadership teams design engagement deliberately rather than leave it to chance.

While my work is primarily based in Finland and the UK, I collaborate internationally with organisations operating across borders and sectors.

Wherever the context, the objective remains the same: building relationships that last.

Vladislav Dobrokhotov

I am a marketing and customer engagement professional with a long-standing focus on loyalty, retention, and post-sale relationship design.

I currently serve as Executive Director of the British & Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce in Finland, working closely with organisations on member engagement, long-term value creation, and cross-border collaboration. I am also a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors, reflecting my commitment to the discipline and professional standards of marketing.

My work explores how behavioural psychology, real-world practice, and strategic thinking can turn satisfied customers into long-term advocates — a principle that applies as much to non-profit and membership organisations as it does to commercial businesses.
