Whether the “client” is a buyer or a member, the psychology is the same. I help organisations design post-commitment engagement that strengthens renewal, participation, and advocacy.

I am a marketing and customer engagement professional focused on loyalty, retention, and post-sale relationship design. I work with commercial, non-profit, and membership organisations on customer and member engagement, long-term value creation, and cross-border collaboration.

My approach combines behavioural psychology, real-world practice, and strategic thinking to help turn satisfied customers into long-term advocates.

Based primarily in Finland and travelling frequently to the UK, I collaborate internationally with organisations across borders and sectors. Wherever the context, the objective remains the same: building relationships that last.
